A Study On The Document Preservation And Conservation In Ming Dynasty

This paper takes the document protection in Ming Dynasty's literature collection as the research object,explores the reasons for the prosperity of the Ming Dynasty's literature collection culture from a macro perspective,analyses the main ways of the lost books in the Ming Dynasty,and summarizes the characteristics of the Ming Dynasty's literature collection cause.The author divides the content of document protection in Ming Dynasty into two aspects.On the one hand,for the direct protection of the document carrier itself,the author analyses the document protection measures from the angle of the document carrier itself,and elaborates the protection contents of the document itself from the three aspects of the document damage factors,the document protection measures and the document repair;On the other hand,the indirect protection of literature by human factors is discussed from the perspective of human management.This part starts from the management of archives and documents and the management of private collectors.In the management of archives and documents,the management system of the Yellow Book Library of Houhu Lake in the Ming Dynasty is analyzed as a case study,and the management ideas and theoretical practice of private collectors are summarized in the management of private collectors.In the end,the paper expounds the understanding of the protection of documents in Ming Dynasty,makes the protection of documents in Ming Dynasty an important link in the history of ancient Chinese literature protection,makes an objective evaluation of it,and reveals its reference significance to modern literature protection by summarizing the protection of documents in Ming Dynasty.
