In recent years,with the development of artificial intelligence technology,enterprises have gradually applied intelligent storage systems based on AGV.At the same time,the popularization and application of lean logistics ideas,as well as the increase in land acquisition and use costs,the compact intelligent storage system has gradually been the focus and application of major enterprises.The three operational strategies of shelf layout,dwell point policy and rearrangement rule in the intelligent storage system are not suitable,which affects the space utilization and operational efficiency of the storage system,and thus affects the customer service level of the enterprise.Based on the above background,from the perspective of improving the operational efficiency and space utilization of the intelligent storage system,this paper selects the intelligent storage system of the traditional 2x4 shelf layout and the intelligent storage system of the compact 4x4 shelf layout as the research object.The three operational strategies and performance issues of the shelf layout,dwell point policy and rearrangement rule of the intelligent storage system.Firstly,based on the traditional 2x4 shelf layout intelligent storage system,this paper studies the dwell point policy and performance of the intelligent storage system under this shelf layout,and constructs the expected travel time model of AGV hybrid execution single command operation and double command operation.The influence of the parameters of the intelligent storage system on the expected driving time is analyzed by an example,and the advantages and disadvantages of different dwell point policies are compared.Then,based on the third chapter of the dwell point policy,this paper studies the rearrangement rule and performance of the intelligent storage system based on the compact 4x4 shelf layout intelligent storage system.On the one hand,for rearrangement rule,the desired rearrangement time model for the AGV to perform the rearranging operation and the desired travel time model for the single order picking operation are constructed.The influence of the parameters of the intelligent storage system on the rearrangement time model and the expected travel time model is analyzed by an example.The advantages and disadvantages of different rearrangement rules are compared.On the other hand,from the perspective of integrating the operational efficiency of the storage system and the comprehensive performance of space utilization,based on the expected travel time of the AGV operation,the traditional 2x4 shelf layout and the compact 4x4 shelf layout are constructed.The comprehensive performance model of the intelligent storage system under the layout,and then builds a comprehensive performance improvement model of the storage system under the compact 4x4 shelf layout compared to the traditional 2x4 shelf layout.The influence of the parameters of the intelligent storage system and the expected driving time on the comprehensive performance improvement of the compact storage system is analyzed by numerical examples.Finally,the conclusions drawn in this paper mainly include the following two aspects.In the first aspect,from the perspective of improving the operational efficiency of the intelligent warehousing system,this paper studies the dwell point policy and the rearrangement rule of the intelligent warehousing system,and points out that the second dwell point policy strategy is superior to the first dwell point policy.The kind of rearrangement rule is better than the second rearrangement rule,which provides guidance for enterprises to choose the appropriate dwell point and rearrangement strategies.In the second aspect,based on improving the comprehensive performance of the intelligent warehousing system,this paper studies the comprehensive performance of the intelligent warehousing system under the traditional 2x4 shelf layout and the compact 4x4 shelf layout,and selects the appropriate intelligent warehousing for the enterprise.The system shelf layout provides a theoretical basis.Figure 13,Table 3,Reference 70...
