With the development of internet technology,more innovations and breakthroughs are needed in the warehousing and logistics industry.Warehousing devices are being required to achieve automation and informatization,and it is also being required to reduce the running cost of devices.Traditional plane warehouse and a kind of semi-automatic warehouse are operating in most domestic enterprises.These modes of warehousing have a low efficiency,and it's difficult to realize good information management.The efficiency of automated storage and retrieval system is high,but the cost of construction and maintenance is also high.AS/RS is not suitable and popular for most of the enterprises' warehousing.Though Autonomous Vehicle Storage and Retrieval System,which is a new generation of warehousing system,also has the character of high storage efficiency,but it attracts less enterprises.Intelligent warehousing system as a new warehousing device has a high operating efficiency,good universality and high level of informatization.Research and application of intelligent warehousing system will bring a new vitality for the entire warehousing and logistics industry.This paper mainly focused on the research on storage location optimizing and task scheduling in intelligent warehousing system,and studied the monitoring and management of intelligent warehousing system.Firstly,the paper researched the model of intelligent warehousing system,analyzed the usage of storage location and the distribution principles of storage location.A suitable numbering method for storage location was confirmed.According to the relevance of goods,the paper optimized storage locations in warehouse.After optimizing,goods of low turnover rate were stored in a location of far away from the storage platform,goods of high turnover rate were stored in a location of nearer to the storage platform,goods of heavy weight were stored in lower location and lighter weight goods were stored in higher location.Storage and operating model of intelligent warehousing system were analyzed.By calculating and comparing,it is found that the working efficiency of interleaving access is higher than other working models.Secondly,GA was selected to optimize task scheduling by comparing advantages and disadvantages of various optimization algorithms,and parameters of genetic algorithm were designed based on uniform design.Optimizing the order of task scheduling by using Matlab,operating efficiency can be maximized.Finally,the software and hardware of monitoring and management of intelligent warehousing system was designed.The technology of RFID in intelligent warehousing system which can identify goods automatically was introduced.RGV and elevator were controlled by PLC.Real-time communication between PC and controllers based on the technology of ZigBee can be realized.The software of the monitoring and management based on the KingView had been designed.
