With the rapid development of the Internet and its applications,users' requirements for network transmission rate,network reliability and availability are becoming higher and higher.Among them,since all network data must be realized by the transmission network based on the optical transmission system,its failure may lead to user communication interruption,data loss or even optical transmission network,which may cause inconvenience to the user's daily work life and may cause economic loss.Therefore,communication operators are paying more and more attention to the maintenance and management of optical cable faults.However,on the one hand,due to the sudden and uncertain occurrence of faults,on the other hand,enterprises must consider reducing costs and improving efficiency.In order to improve the speed and quality of fault handling,it is urgent to apply new concepts,methods and technologies to provide real-time discovery,real-time scheduling,real-time processing and work assessment capabilities for fault maintenance of optical transmission networks.To this end,this thesis firstly carried out detailed research and analysis on the concept and technology of workflow,the working principle of WeChat platform,application methods and techniques,and the concept and method of AHP.Secondly,in order to make the above research results practical and to meet the application needs of telecom operators,a practical optical cable fault maintenance management system is designed.The main capabilities it provides include: Comprehensive work flow of fault work orders based on fixed network platform and WeChat platform,performance evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process,fault work order management,etc.Finally,the actual system is designed,implemented and tested in detail.The system application results show that the system can fully realize the mobile work order circulation,effectively improve the real-time and effectiveness of the cable fault handling,ensure the reliability and availability of the network,reduce the operating cost of the enterprise,and improve the satisfaction of users.The main work of this thesis:(1)Deeply investigating the requirement of telecom related departments and analyzing the requirement of the system business.Determine the system requirements based on a thorough understanding of the fiber cable fault maintenance business.(2)Detailed study and analysis of the concept and technology of the workflow,the principles and methods of the analytic hierarchy process,the working principle and application method of the WeChat platform,then applied to the design of the actual system.(3)The overall design of the system,including: system architecture design,functional module structure,business logic analysis and design.(4)Detailed design and implementation of the system,including: module composition,work order flow,work order management,parameter management,performance assessment management,database design.System testing,implementation,and deployment.At present,the system runs stably and the application effect is good.
