The Research On The Working Mechanism Of Archives Based On Public Demand

This study focuses on the construction of public archives working mechanism oriented by public demand.The full text mainly focuses on two main issues:one is the specific classification of public archives demand in Kano model;the other is the empirical study of the classification of public needs to build the working system of public archives in an all-round way.There are six chapters in this paper.Chapter 1,Introduction,introduces the research background and significance,as well as the innovation and technical route of research.Chapter 2 is literature review,which explains the concepts of public demand,Kano model and working mechanism of archives,and combs,summarizes and evaluates the research in related fields.Chapter 3 Questionnaire design,survey and data processing.Firstly,it divides the structure of public demand and designs Kano model questionnaire based on it;secondly,it distributes and recycles the questionnaire;finally,it eliminates the invalid questionnaire,makes reliability and validity analysis of the final results,and makes descriptive statistics.Chapter 4:Public demand analysis,Kano model analysis,mixed class analysis and Better-Worse coefficient analysis of recycled data,comparing the public demand results of different archives using experience,and finally drawing a conclusion.Chapter 5 is the core chapter of this study,which is to construct the working mechanism of archives based on public needs.This paper constructs a comprehensive and systematic working mechanism of archives from three aspects:the understanding mechanism of public demand,the construction mechanism of archives resources and the service supply mechanism of archives.Chapter 6 Summary and Outlook.Summarize the main results of this study,analyze the shortcomings of the research and propose future directions for improvement.
