| In recent years,with the rapid development of new media technologies and electronic information technologies,the public's demand for news information has become dynamic,lightweight,and immediate.The rapid spread of mobile terminals has enabled the public to get rid of the high limitations of time and space,to obtain information anytime and any-where,and to significantly improve the "information gap"caused by the difference in me-dia access rights.The dynamic way of accepting information irreversibly penetrates into all aspects of human social life and promotes the emergence of new ways of information dis-semination.Among them,the short video has a unique advantage of being short-lived and can be quickly spread on the mobile terminal,and successfully drives the development of the news industry to a new trend.Different from traditional TV news,the short video and news reporting method has created a new pattern of instant production of video news production,light content,and socialization of communication.It has become a breakthrough tool for traditional media and self-media in the media integration environment.In order to better understand the many new changes brought by short video to the news industry,this article selects the short video news pioneer of "Pear Video" as a case,with "empowerment" and "media fusion" as the theoretical basis,from short video news.Starting from the perspectives of characteris-tics,innovation of production mechanism and innovation of communication methods,we explored the development status of short video news media represented by "Pear Video"and some opportunities and problems brought by the short video for the news industry,and proposed short on this basis.Suggestions on the development of video news production platforms.The study found that "Pear Video" uses the innovative mode of cooperation between the masses and professional editors for content production,and the establishment of the filming system shows the content of "media empowerment".Social empowerment,tech-nological power,audience demand,capital power and other "empowerers" have jointly revolutionized the high threshold of traditional video news production.Traditional audi-ences are allowed to participate in video news production,gaining new insights into self-social values;news producers are also given a better way to present news,and tradi-tional ceremonial views of television news production are deconstructed.In terms of communication mechanism,communication channels and media culture are widely inte-grated,which has created a more three-dimensional communication space for video news.At the same time,this paper also found that "Pear Video" exists in the process of con-tent production and dissemination:the material is too dependent on the filming,the quality of the content is uneven,and the user's stickiness is not high.This paper believes that the short video news production platform represented by "Pear Video" can continue to im-prove in the aspects of filming training,content quality and business model,and stimulate the new vitality of short-term video news development. |
