In the past for a long time,the image of Henan people has been widely concerned by the mass media and the public.Appearing such situation is related to the media reports and the lack of public access to relevant information.Though the above problems have been already changed,the image of Henan people in Internet users group has not changed well.Many related researches focused on the role of media in demonization of Henan people,but they ignored the attitude of the public or Internet users.However,what is the image of Henan people in the cognition of Internet users?What influences them to construct the image of Henan people?And what kind of role does the Internet platform play in spreading of the image of Henan people?In order to explore these issues,we selected Tianya visual community as a research object,and analyzed the post contents about Henan people.Base on the statistics of the dates and specific posts,we explored Internet users the way constructing the image of Henan people,summarized the characteristics and its influencing factors,and thought about the cause of this social phenomenon.This paper has four parts.In the first part,we made an introduction,including backgrounds,significance,research status and research methods.In the second part,we introduced the research design and data,and explained the reason why choosing Tianya.At the same time,we showed the results from five aspects:posting time,poster identity,length,click rate and number of replies,source of forums.And we analyzed the posts contents and its emotional tendency,then summed up the characteristics of the topic of Henan people.In the third part,we classified the images of Henan people of Internet users and pointed out the cognitive bias of Internet users.In this part,we also noticed the Internet user's irrational psychology in the interaction of the images of Henan people.In the last part,we analyzed the causes and put forward suggestions from three aspects.
