With the continuous development of modern biotechnology,it involves a wider field.In order to meet the high-speed development of productivity and the increasingly large market demand,it is necessary to replace the traditional low-capacity manual production process with the scientific principles and technical means of multiple disciplines to better serve the society.The cloning picking robot is mainly composed of an image capturing mechanism,a guide rail driving mechanism,a turntable driving mechanism,a needle clamping and picking mechanism and a needle conveying mechanism,and an image analysis processing system,a petri dish trajectory analysis control system,and a grip driving device.The control system and the turntable control system are composed of four control systems.The main work and achievements of the full text are as follows:(1)Creatively proposed a one-time clone picking operation mechanism based on the twoaxis linkage of the needle drive mechanism,the needle gripping mechanism and the robot.(2)Three-dimensional modeling of five actuators was carried out using SolidWorks software,and linear static analysis and modal analysis were performed on the key components by ANSYS software.(3)Based on the Arduino development platform,an embedded control system integrating camera timing photography,LED aperture timing illumination,stepper motor drive,highprecision Hall sensing and Matlab result image post-processing is integrated to pick up the work for automated cloning.The matching design of the necessary clone automated culture system was designed.(4)Using the high-tech company's programmable GTS-800-PV(G)PCI multi-axis motion control card as the control component,using the servo motor as the power source to control the linkage of the robot arm,and finally using the MCT2008 monitor module of the control card.And the debugging software detected the function of the clone picking robot hardware and software,and passed the prototype test.
