"Clone picking and micro-liquid drawing robot" is one project of the National "863" High Technology Program. This thesis is on the premise of introduction domestic and international bioengineering robot state, combine the current situation of clone picking and micro-liquid drawing, has proposed the overall design plan of the control system. of clone picking and micro-liquid drawing robot.To the overall scheme of clone picking and micro-liquid drawing robot , under the prerequisite analyzed to the control system after setting up the motion control system model, I have adopted two steps control scheme of the computer and motion controller .The hardware of the control system adopts the module to design , has improved systematic dependability , upgrading and expansion of the system. Combine the hardware , has finished the software design of the control system.On the basis of combining digital pattern process theory , have designed the software module and sport of pattern recognition of cloning and controlled the software module on Windows platform, and test through the complete machine, measure the hardware of the control system and function of the software.
