Based on the research of the traditional palletizing equipment’s operating characteristics and the demand in the market, we designed a cartesian automatic palletizing equipment with flexible operation, simple operation and high precision model for the specific working environment of the finned tube machine production line. Due to the equipment uses in the rectangular coordinates type, in order to ensure the equipment can meet the requirements of high precision orbit deformation which need to analyze the support framework for force analysis. Simulation process used Pro/E, ADAMS and ANSYS Workbench in the field of their own advantages to exercise stress analysis of the framework, and comparing the simulation results of ADAMS and ANSYS Workbench, getting the exact movement characteristics of the simulation results, judging on whether making structure optimization finally.Finite element analysis and optimization design are two main methods in the design of modern mechanical components, which were used to playing an important role in improving the strength and quality of the studied mechanical parts. The 3D model of rotary joint fixation for robot based on 3D software, and ADAMS simulation software was used for dynamic simulation, which getting the stress analysis of the support under the condition of the rotary joint, then doing stress analysis and optimization design according to the analysis of the data in the ANSYS Workbench, solving the problem of force analysis in the whole equipment under the state of motion by ADAMS simulation software, to abandon the people simply loaded weight(its magnitude and direction are not accurate) attached to the parts of the static analysis approach in the past, coupled with the ANSYS Workbench software excellent structure optimization design module, finally get the optimal design of force and quality were improved in deformation, among them their own quality of fixed support is reduced by 21.7%, the optimization effect obviously.The equipment’s control system uses the CPAC(Computerized Programmable Automation Controller) for the execution of the program and Otostudio/GRT for the programming environment and running engine, not only improves the control ability and reduces the cost and innovation technology, but also enterprises have their own intellectual property rights. It is very suitable for modern industrial production because of its high stability, high reliability, simple programming,easy to master and high performance ratio.
