With biotechnology using becoming more and more extensive in technological field, give play to the role of appearing bigger and bigger in promoting the development of productivity. Produce by hand in some field can' t meet productivity fast-developing need, and produced enormous market demand. This is the precondition that this project produces .The former part of thesis recommend main contents of the project is to develop a robot that clone picking and micro- liquid drawing. The robot is divided into noumenon and two operation head that can change conveniently:clone picking and micro- liquid drawing operation head. The main difficult point is the vision treatment technology on clone discerned and chosen , systematic technology of the high-accuracy robot, operation tool systematic technology. Then the introduction of whole system is brief. The keystone of the theise is pattern process and analyse some parts of movement and control. The key introduction uses the difference among extensive machine vision , smart camera and their diffence on industry. Have recommended the most extensive device CMOS picture sensor and CCD, the pluses and minuses between them. Relevant knowledge of digital pattern process, collection , showing of including the picture , the code is compressed, pattern process and picture are analysed etc. Afterwards , it explains several important links in the project in implementation course to combine the concrete conditions.
