Design And Implementation Of R&D Collaborative Integration Platform

In the Internet era,business development is getting faster and faster,and the speed of iteration of technology research and development cannot keep up with the speed of business development.The rapid collaborative delivery between technical teams is increasingly becoming a key factor in team business success.Therefore,higher requirements are also raised for collaborative tools that support team collaboration.At present,there are nearly 20,000 R&D personnel in JD and many R&D tools.The problems of team communication difficulties,tool chain breaks,information islands,and difficulty in measuring R&D performance have become the most headaches for JD R&D team.This paper explores a collaborative platform for large-scale Internet R&D teams by investigating various team collaboration tools inside and outside JD.It provides an integrated,collaborative,and agile collaboration platform for R&D teams to meet the R&D team's team communication.Convenient,seamless tool chain connectivity,demand status tracking,and measurable performance measurability.The R&D collaborative integration platform uses the SpringBoot-based MVC framework,and uses Vue,ElasticSearch,MySQL,Redis and other mature technologies·to implement the system's functions,and combines big data and other technologies to achieve support for a large number of business queries and view report display.The paper completed the specific analysis of the platform's research and analysis,requirements analysis,key technologies,system design,system detailed design and implementation.At present,the platform has been officially launched and put into use.The number of platform users has exceeded 10,000,and it has received unanimous praise from leaders and users of various departments,and has made outstanding contributions to JD's internal teamwork and performance measurement.
