This thesis highlightes the development of electronic commerce in Morocco.One of the main reasons of this development that applies to a certain category of the sociaty is the education,awareness and the daily use of new technologie.Almost all students in public sectors use Internet.Public institutions are also starting to implimante information technologies in their programs.One of the projects that the governement is working on,is “INJAZ”.This program is reserved for university and high education students.It allows them beneficiate from a laptop and a high broadband connexion.Injaz,which is one of the main flagship projects of the plan “Maroc Numérique 2017”(Numeric Morocco 2017),intendes to position Morocco among the most dynamic countries in terms of use of the'' Information Technology and Communication(ITC).Society wont be developed in terms of information and knowledge unless young generations acquire and master new technologies.Computers and Internet are powerful educational tools;they are the acceleration vectors of human,economic and social development.INJAZ program helps raise the quality of education and,consequently,the actual effective employability of laureates,which later will know how to use and take benefit from the new technologies once in the job market.This study will specifically focus on the way some companies transformed the traditional selling to an electonic one.The tools and opportunities they used to secceed,and also how citizens see this change.There are people who go with the flow,but still others that are not ready to plunge.In order to undertand the real reasons behind this,the researcher has conducted interviews and designed a questionnaire to gather primary data,plus she had looked for available secondary data on the net and on books and magasines as this subject is an actuality one and data are quickly changing.From the other side,the researcher concluded by finding out that the most sold items on the Internet in Morocco are “deals”,that's why,she deceided to start the proceeder of creating her own group purchasing site and negociate good offers with restaurants,Spa,Saloons,Hotels...At the end,the resercher recomments other person who are willing to do further research about the Ecommerce in Morocco to study the future of Mobile commerce which will certainly be a major player in our daily activities.
