Research On Knowledge Management Model Of Digital Archives Resources Based On Semantic Ontology

The 21 st century is an era of knowledge economy.Digital archive resources are an indispensable part of knowledge resources,and it is feasible and necessary to manage them at the knowledge level.“As early as 2001,Professor Feng Huiling proposed at the first Doctoral Forum on Archives in China that in the era of cracks,archivists should shift their focus from physical management to information management and knowledge management.” Wide application of digital technology and digital archives engineering Carrying out,the number of digital archive resources is growing rapidly,and it is characterized by dispersion,diversity and heterogeneity,forming many “island of resources”.At the same time,the individualized,real-time,knowledgeable,etc.of the information needs of archive users The characteristics also pose great challenges to the practice of archivists.Semantic ontology is a standardized and abstract description of domain knowledge.It can clearly describe the relationship between concepts and concepts,and realize logical reasoning and semantic association.Therefore,the introduction of semantic ontology technology provides a new opportunity to solve the above problems,and at the same time can promote digital archives.The resource construction work is developing in the direction of knowledge and intelligence.Based on this,this paper starts from the current archive resource management practice,takes the semantic ontology theory as the technology foundation,takes the digital archive resources as the research object,and uses the ontology construction tool Protégé software to construct the digital archive resource knowledge management model based on semantic ontology.As an application example,the evaluation resources in the intangible cultural heritage resources verify the feasibility of the model and promote the knowledge management of digital archive resources.
