With the popularity of the mobile Internet and the acceleration of the pace of life,the online time of the general public becomes fragmented,and it is no longer easy to have a complete time to calm down to watch a program or read a book.Audio itself has the characteristics of accompanying,can liberate both hands anytime and anywhere,become the lowest cost of knowledge acquisition,the most convenient tool,mobile audio began to rise gradually.Compared with traditional broadcasting,mobile audio is popular because of its advantages such as convenient terminal,rich content and so on,and it has been developing rapidly since it was launched.The masses are no longer content with the passive reception of information in the past,but want to create it on their own initiative.mobile audio play the platform's advantages,attract the public to join the platform for content production,and inject more new content into the platform.Among the many emerging mobile audios,the author selected the most representative Himalayan FM as the case study object.This paper combines content analysis and in-depth interviews to explore the crowdsourcing production of Himalayan FM from three aspects:background,production process and production characteristics.This paper mainly discusses three aspects:first,under the background of rapid development of mobile audio,why Himalayan FM chose crowdsourcing production,secondly,how to operate the Himalayan FM crowdsourcing production in detail,and why does Himalayan FM choose crowdsourcing production under the background of rapid development of mobile audio.Finally,what is unique about the crowdsourcing production of Himalayan FM.Specifically,the introduction part introduced the research background and research summary,and put forward the research methods and research ideas.The first chapter starts with the exploration of the transformation of the mobile audio production mode,and through the study of the development of mobile audio,leads to the change of the mobile audio production mode.At the same time,the necessity and significance of crowdsourcing production by Himalayan FM are discussed.The second chapter analyzes how the Himalayan FM is produced by crowdsourcing.Starting from the practice of "personal platform" and "team cooperation platform",this paper makes a detailed analysis of the crowdsourcing production of FM in the Himalayan region,which is based on the practice of "personal platform" and "team cooperation platform".Further research and analysis have been done.The third chapter,based on the previous three chapters,discusses the unique path of Himalayan FM crowdsourcing production,including the transformation from "organization" to"socialization",the realization of collaborative innovation between platform and users,and the construction of flexible employment relationship.These three unique paths are analyzed in detail.The fourth chapter summarizes the practical significance and deficiency of Himalayan FM crowdsourcing production.The research finds that with the development of mobile audio industry,mobile audio has entered a mature period of application,mobile audio platform competition is increasingly fierce,in order to be based on the invincible position,it is necessary to give play to the wisdom of the masses and use users to produce content.Himalayan FM takes user production as its core and makes full use of its individual value.Both the early UGC-led production mode and the now PUGC-dominated mode of production are the embodiment of crowdsourcing production.Himalayan FM attracts the masses to join the platform for innovation and cooperation through crowdsourcing,realizing the possibility of collaborative innovation and value creation with the masses.At the same time,pass The platform's intermediary role,Himalayan FM and users establish a closer relationship,users have the stage to show self-worth,but also for the Himalayan FM provides a lot of low-cost,creative content.Throughout history,each era has specific media,compared with the previous generation of media,the emergence of mobile audio in the new media era is a comprehensive innovation in the media application concept.Although Himalayan FM through crowdsourcing has improved production efficiency,reduced enterprise costs and met the needs of users for diversified content,there are also many problems in the crowdsourcing of Himalayan FM.It takes time and the market to speak.On the one hand,Himalayan FM crowdsourcing production threshold is lower,content homogenization phenomenon is obvious,many bottlenecks have not been overcome.On the other hand,the production of crowdsourcing in the Himalayas FM is worth learning from the industry.but whether it can be used in every mobile audio station has yet to be tested.
