Remote tower technology is a new air traffic technology,compared with the existing traditional construction type tower,air traffic control service provided by a remote tower content and operation rules did not change,the main change is the remote monitoring system for the small airport,namely controllers by putting a small airport,such as real-time video signal transmission to the remote control center to realize remote command of a small airport.Construction of a remote tower system,adjacent large airports controllers can directly on the small airport executive regulation,is an effective means to save manpower.In our country,however,the technology has yet to be put into use,the validation is still in the exploration stage.The reference,this article mainly has carried on the remote control tower technology monitoring platform of simulation set up and the key technology of image processing research.This paper studies the main work content for remote tower technology monitoring platform set up and the simulation of fog weather remote monitoring picture processing.The simulation monitoring platform based on Raspberry pie Raspberry Pi 3 B as a remote terminal,respectively to simulate implements a camera and remote monitoring function of ADS-B.The realization of the function of surveillance camera is to use CSI camera and OpenCV to obtain images,using H.264 technology for processing of video data,using VLC to realize remote monitoring.The realization of the function of ads-b monitor is through the RTL-SDR antenna and use the CPR decoding algorithm and Dump1090 module implements the ADS-B signal acquisition,decoding,and use the Virtual Radar to track the interface shows that optimized processing.And in Guanghan airport field verification,by the aircraft registration number successfully combines the camera and ads-b two remote monitoring information.The key technology of image processing research is the use of Matlab fog weather aircraft registration number automatic identification of the remote monitoring picture.Concrete process is: the image to fog processing,adopt MSRCR algorithm;Rough positioning the plane area,the main processing including gaussian filtering and histogram equalization,the segmentation based on Sobel edge detection operator,8 neighborhood bookmarks,morphological filtering algorithm;Accurate positioning the registration number characters,main processing including based on global threshold segmentation,unless the registration number character part,the horizontal and vertical projection;Then after level correction,the vertical projection of the peak valley location segmentation is used to derive the individual registration number character;Finally using template matching recognition method based on the characters of the holes for the aircraft registration number automatic identification.To sum up,in this paper,the simulation of the remote control tower technology monitoring platform and remote monitoring of the image processing done a certain amount of research,the timely use of the technology in our country has a certain theoretical reference value.
