With the rapid development of the industrial Internet,the demand for relevant professionals is growing,and the relevant professional education in higher education institutions has developed rapidly.The Ministry of Education also launched a new engineering education construction in due course.The Industrial Internet is a new engineering field that needs to integrate the interdisciplinary knowledge of mechanical manufacturing,industrial engineering,computer and electronic communication.The cultivation of industrial Internet talents emphasizes practical problems and cultivates engineering thinking and hands-on practical ability.The new technology learning that integrates interdisciplinary knowledge will change the existing traditional teaching mode,and it is necessary for college students to carry out project-based training through a self-learning model guided by practice.Therefore,it needs the support of online experimental platform and tools.Related teaching experiment tools for industrial Internet application scenarios in the market are still scarce.Therefore,this paper proposes a solution for the Industrial Internet online experimental platform for new engineering,providing a one-stop teaching and experimental service platform for industrial Internet students.Based on software engineering ideas and methods,this thesis conducts demand analysis,system design,system implementation and testing on the industrial Internet online experimental platform for new engineering.In the system design,by analyzing the professional characteristics of industrial Internet and the requirements of talents in new engineering education,the functional requirements of the system are clarified,and the PHM experiment module,computer tutorial and practice module are designed,and the three functional modules of the community module are learned.First of all,PHM(Prognostic and Health Management),which is a solution for managing the health of equipment,is widely used in various fields of industrial Internet.The PHM experiment module encapsulates the commonly used algorithms of PHM technology,and organizes the actual PHM cases into experiments,and the users learn related technologies during the experiment.Second,the computer tutorials and exercises module contains a series of computer domain tutorials and corresponding practice tools.Finally,learn the community module to support users posting and commenting in different sections.In the system implementation,the background implementation uses the Spring+SpringMVC+Mybtis framework to separate the presentation layer,the business logic layer and the data access layer,and enhances the maintainability of the system.The system uses MySQL relational database to store data,uses Nginx for load balancing,improves system concurrency efficiency,uses Redis to cache data and solves session consistency problems,and uses weka and scikit-learn as algorithm engines.This paper has performed functional tests and performance tests on the system.The functional test results prove that the modules of the platform can run stably and achieve the expected results;the performance test results show that the platform availability basically meets the requirements.
