With the development of Internet of Things technology,it brings about the transformation of equipment manufacturing,management and application,posing new challenges to equipment maintenance.Thus,it is a tendency to combine Internet of Things technology with the equipment management system.The study is as follows:Firstly,based on the existing concepts of the building electrical equipment Internet of Things,the study analyzes the requirements of the electrical Internet of Things equipment management information system,and the work flow,business flow as well as data flow of the equipment management.Secondly,the study gives an overall structure and software scheme of the electrical Internet of Things equipment management information system.According to the software development process,the system software is predesigned and designed in detail.The study presents the relationship between the software through the software prototype,and develops the basic platform.Thirdly,the study utilizess electrical Internet of Things equipment management information system to collect a variety of data information,and selects the appropriate neural network algorithm for equipment prognostic and health management application research.The research is carried out by the transformer.The study not only improves the management of equipment monitoring and diagnostic level,but also ensures the safe operation of equipment.Finally,based on the structure and equipment type of the electrical Internet in the smart residential area of Shandong province,the study adopts the B/S software architecture to develop Web applications,uses the SQL Server platform to develop the database,and employs the Eclipse development platform and the Java language to develop the related Androidmobile App.
