With the popularization of smart phone and the popularization of 4G network,the limitation of time and space of video consumption has been broken,the standardization of policy supervision,the demand of user consumption and the favor of capital market have promoted the scale development of China's short video market.The short video platform reshuffled one after another.Tiktok,which was born in 2016 has become the hottest short video platform in 2018 with its 500 million monthly active users.As we all know,every change of media technology will not only promote the dissemination and development of knowledge,but also promote the social civilization.Does the short video have the same influences?With the deep development of Tiktok,its tendency of over-entertainment has faced a bit of controversy,the expansion of influence has prompted the platform to take on more social responsibility,and policy regulation has also required it to publish more health and positive contents.Contents in Tiktok has been full of variety and more and more k nowledge has sprung up.Cultural and educational short videos have also increased.Exploring the development status and characteristics of the cultural and educational accounts in Tiktok is very meaningful for both the construction of short video platform and the development of culture and education.Based on the analysis of industry data and typical cases,this report combs out the current situation,content characteristics and operation strategy of top cultural and educational accounts in Tiktok.Meanwhile this report will put forward some suggestions for the future development of cultural and educational accounts.
