With the continuous development of Internet technology and the improvement of intelligence,people's life is becoming more and more fast and convenient.Intelligent cooking machine is gradually favored by consumers because of its time-saving,labor-saving and other advantages.At present,because of the unreasonable structure and imperfect function of the cooking machine on the market,it is difficult to apply to large-scale dining occasions,and has not been widely promoted.For this reason,aiming at improving the automation level of Chinese cuisine,this paper describes the design of a multi-functional intelligent cooking robot,which can be applied to order occasions,and can realize the functions of automatic bumping,stir-frying,feeding,dish-collecting and cleaning,and simulate famous chefs to produce various delicious dishes.First of all,this paper designs the mechanical body structure of the intelligent cooking machine,focusing on the structural design of the bumpy pot,stir-frying,feeding,dish-collecting,cleaning and other mechanisms.For the bumpy pot mechanism of intelligent cooking machine,the author used SolidWorks software to model and simulate it,and obtained the kinematics and dynamics characteristic paraneters,which provided the basis for the optimization design of the test prototype structure.Finally,a test prototype was developed based on the research results.Secondly,this paper studies the control system of intelligent cooking robot.The author selected STM32F103 series MCU,developed the lower computer control system and the corresponding hardware circuit,and developed the PC-side menu management software of the upper computer based on Windows platform.The lower computer control system can analyze the menu compiled by the menu management software,control the action of the executive mechanisms of the intelligent cooking machine in an orderly and accurate manner,complete the functions of bumping,stir-frying,feeding,cleaning and dish-collecting,so that the cooking machine can process dishes automatically,efficiently and steadily.The upper computer menu management software mainly writes,stores and modifies the recipe program,and sends the recipe program to the lower eomputer control system through serial communication,thereby realizing the standardization and digitization of the recipe.Finally,the author combined the control system to test the functional modules of the prototype,and then tested the whole cooking robot system with the chicken ding as the test recipe.
