Clothing sleeves are handmade sewing machine that has been difficult,mainly because the sewing workers need to constantly twist the sewing material,the workers in the high-speed operation of the sewing machine and the need to constantly rotate the middle of the perfect fit,which the technical requirements of the workers is very high,and the position of the sleeves of the joints generally within 1cm,for the continuous rotation of the joints of the material,if the seam is greater than 1cm,it will affect the wearing effect,if the seam is too small,The connection parts are easy to break,so in the real production,the workers in the operation of clothing on the sleeve of this link,the sewing machine should be the speed as much as possible to reduce the high speed to low speed between the rapid conversion itself to the machine Said it is also a loss,so the need to develop a higher speed can be free to rotate the sewing material of the intelligent sewing machine,so that not only can people from the repeated labor freed,but also can improve the accuracy of production.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Analyze the main structure of the sewing robot from the point of view of actual production,and analyze the movement law of the sewing robot in order to choose the new structure in the new structure,and to improve the original structure malpractice,so as to adapt to the needs of modern production intelligence Sewing robots.2.Based on the new intelligent sewing robot structure requirements,the original sewing machine feeding structure to be redesigned to ensure free and flexible rotation of the sewing material,the new feeder mechanism to be able to complete its specific function requirements to the simple structure,To achieve strong.3.Under the requirements of the new feeding mechanism,the structural design of the whole sewing robot is completed,the permanent magnet servo is used to realize the free movement of the feeding mechanism,and the fuzzy control system is added to the feeding mechanism and the whole structure motor With.Based on the design of the feed structure,the overall sewing structure and fuzzy control system,using Matlab software to analyze the results of its operation,and based on the results obtained a new type of automatic sleeves robot to achieve performance.
