The Research On Feeding System Of Automatic Cooking Robot

The Chinese cooking is extensive and profound. With the development of modern science and technology, it’s important to develop the automatic cooking robot for Chinese cooking industrialization. And the automatic cooking robot with the feeding system is a great innovation and progress for cooking equipment in catering industry.This paper focuses on the design of the cooking robot’s feeding system, including the feeding system with large amount and full automatic feeding system. The former is mainly used in the situation with large cooking amount one at a time, such as dining hall and large-scale restaurant. And the latter creates the new research on feeding method without human-assistance, for improving the degree of the cooking robot’s automation, which is quite suitable for the situation that needs higher automation requirements. The concrete researches are as below:1. According the characteristics of Chinese cooking, did the research on the feeding in cooking, and come up with the design specifications of feeding system.2. According the characteristics of large cooking amount, discussed two kinds of design projects. Focused on the design of linear feeding system, including the container, overturning system and horizontal moving system. Took advantage of the ANSYS to give the static analysis for design.3. Pointed out the lack in automation for AIC cooking robot, and come up with the full automatic feeding system, including the new container, feeding mechanism and refrigerated silo, which makes the cooking process without human-assistance. Meanwhile, made a great progress in the design of food discharging system.4. Put the feeding system with large amount to the test, and appraised the feasibility of the full automatic feeding system.Experiment showed that the feeding system with large amount is steady, easy to use, and can satisfy the feeding requirements of cooking robot. Meanwhile, the full automatic feeding system has great feasibility, which provides a good foundation for further development.
