A Study On The Quality Of The Ancient City Of Pingyao Tourism Experience Based On Web Text

The essence of tourism activity is a kind of experience,and experience is becoming an important part of tourism research.As one of the methods of content analysis,the network text analysis has been applied and popularized by many scholars in many fields.Web text analysis is based on the content provided by users on the internet.The network travel is a tourist in the tourism activities in the process or after the end of the travel on the Internet to share,its content is to participate in the activities of their own true feelings of the description,the content is true and rich.This paper analysis the horse travel community website on cellular tourism of the Ancient City of Pingyao tourism as the content of the text,analyzing these contents by using ROST CM software,so as to explore the Ancient City of Pingyao tourists in the tourism activities related to accommodation,travel,shopping and entertainment and other aspects of the six elements of tourism experience quality.According to the results,found that the ceurrent the Ancient City of Pingyao tourist experience quality is still relatively low,but the researchers also from accommodation,travel,shopping and entertainment six suggestions to enhance the quality of tourist experience of the Ancient City of Pingyao tourism.
