| With the rise of museum tourism,experience quality has become an important demand for tourists,and tourism experience has a direct impact on tourist satisfaction.With the continuous development and progress of society,there have been changes in people’s lifestyles and consumption concepts.Tourism,as a form of consumption,has become an indispensable part of people’s daily lives while meeting their spiritual needs.The field of museum tourism has also received increasing attention and favor from tourists in recent years.Museums have become a highly anticipated destination in tourism due to their rich cultural connotations and unique exhibition forms.However,the quality of museum tourism experience is one of the main factors affecting whether tourists choose museums for tourism.Therefore,studying museum tourism can not only improve tourists’ satisfaction with museum tourism,but also promote the development of museums and enhance their international competitiveness.At the same time,research on museum tourism also contributes to promoting the development of the cultural tourism industry,as well as promoting cultural exchange and inheritance.This study takes the Hakka Museum of China as an example,starting from the perspective of tourist experience quality,and based on the theory of experience economy,uses literature research,questionnaire survey,and quantitative analysis to analyze the tourism experience quality and existing problems of Hakka Museum of China tourists.Research shows that:(1)The average quality of tourists’ experience in various dimensions,from high to low,is as follows: consulting service experience quality,interactive service experience quality,tour route experience quality,infrastructure experience quality,environmental atmosphere experience quality,shopping consumption experience quality,and cultural experience quality;The average of consulting service experience quality,tour route experience quality,infrastructure experience quality,environmental atmosphere experience quality,shopping consumption experience quality,and cultural experience quality are all lower than the median,indicating that the tourism experience quality of Hakka Museum of China needs to be improved;(2)The quality of tourism experience varies significantly depending on factors such as the age and education level of tourists;(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the quality of tourist consultation service experience,interaction service experience,tour route experience,infrastructure experience,environmental atmosphere experience,shopping consumption experience,cultural experience,and tourist satisfaction;The higher the quality of tourist experience,the higher the satisfaction of tourists with the Hakka Museum of China.Based on the research results,this study proposes the following five strategic suggestions:(1)Focus on cultural experience marketing to improve the quality of tourists’ cultural experience.(2)Create a museum tourism environment that integrates virtual and real elements,and enhance the quality of tourists’ environmental atmosphere and experience.(3)Strengthen the guidance of museum routes and improve the quality of tourists’ experience of museum tours.(4)Improve public service facilities and enhance the quality of infrastructure experience for tourists.(5)Improve the development strategy of souvenirs and enhance the quality of tourists’ shopping and consumption experience.(6)Transform from a single exhibit display mode to a comprehensive tourism experience mode. |
