Research On Weibo Offensive Comments In Emergencies

Since its official launch in China in 2011,Weibo,as a public opinion field integrating news,social contact and sharing,has been playing a powerful role in information dissemination and public opinion expression.In the risk society with frequent emergencies,with the promotion of new media technology,netizens take the initiative to participate in the discussion of emergencies through Weibo.In these discussions,offensive comments full of negative emotions have brought great difficulties to public awareness and the government's guidance of online public opinions in emergencies,and have become an important issue in the development of cyberspace.This study takes the offensive comments of weibo users in emergencies as the research object,focusing on the following questions: what kind of offensive comments will appear in weibo after emergencies,what kind of characteristics will they have,what kind of propagation rules will they present,and under what factors will offensive comments occur.Combining the characteristics and rules of the spread and diffusion of offensive comments with the case study of the "female passenger killed in didi" event in 2018,this paper uses the general offensive theory to study the causes of offensive comments from the perspectives of awakening,cognition and decision-making in the theory,and proposes countermeasures based on this.As for the influencing factors of attack comments on weibo in emergencies,this part USES Gooseeker crawler software and NLPIR semantic analysis system,combines the method of network questionnaire survey,and according to the analysis framework of attack behavior in general attack theory,to investigate the participation of weibo users in the discussion of emergencies,attack motivation,attack psychology and emotion,attack consequences and influence.After investigation and analysis,it is found that the agenda setting of state media,the aggressive situation of bad mood and distrust,and the herd mentality under group pressure are the reasons for netizens to make offensive comments.Specifically,the official media agenda setting,in an emergency,the official media agenda with netizens agenda exists dislocation phenomenon,namely the official media reports of emergency information aphasia and media agenda is not in conformity with netizens agenda,the unequal phenomena of information supply and demand will wake Internet attack consciousness,at the same time,state media reported a negative orientation will directly cause aggressive comments.In terms of the attack situation of bad mood and distrust,emotions replace facts and prejudice replaces reason.In addition,negative emotions can spread and infect netizens to form the attack cognition.In terms of group pressure,netizens are more likely to be affected by group aggression and make offensive comments.However,what is worth paying attention to is that the offensive comments made by individuals under group pressure are often not emotionally rational,but just a typical manifestation of blind conformity.In terms of the governance of offensive comments on weibo in emergencies,this part,on the basis of the factors mentioned above,treats the symptoms appropriately,and believes that it should be dealt with from the perspectives of public opinion guidance,social mentality and social structure.To be specific,first of all,the coverage of emergencies by official media should avoid negative bias,and the media agenda should be consistent with the audience agenda as much as possible.Secondly,Internet users should establish the awareness of emotional counseling and trust remodeling.In the face of emergencies,they should not blindly follow or be credulous and have their own ability of rational criticism.Finally,the government and relevant departments should do a good job in the situation reconstruction and system construction of emergencies,and create a harmonious social environment and network environment.
