Research On Cross-border Cooperation Of Archives In The Era Of "Internet+"

In the era of "Internet +","cross-border" is becoming a hot word to promote the development of all walks of life.It is constantly mentioned and is constantly being implemented."+" in the "Internet +" itself means connection,cross-border,transformation,openness and integration.Therefore,cross-border integration is considered to be one of the most typical and typical characteristics of "Internet +".Archives,as the main body of archives in China,are the core platform for archives work and archives services,the base for centralized storage of important archives of the Party and the state,and the center for all aspects of society to use archives information resources.Due to the influence of historical and political factors,archives are a relatively closed ecosystem,and the connection with external organizations is relatively lacking,so the functions of archives have not been fully developed.Facing the development opportunities brought by the "Internet +" era,the archives should closely follow the pace of "Internet +",re-examine its management and service mode,get rid of the constraints of traditional concepts,actively seek external cooperation,inject new technologies and implement new concepts,and deepen service contents,expand service functions,innovate service models and enhance service capabilities on this basis.This paper analyzes and expounds the cross boundary cooperation of archives in the "Internet +" era from the following five aspects:The first part is the introduction.The second part is the development opportunities of archives in the era of "Internet +",which is discussed and analyzed from three aspects of policy,technology and idea.The third part is the introduction and analysis of archives cross-border cooperation practice cases.According to the different motivations of participants' participation,cross-border cooperation practice can be divided into three types: cross-border cooperation based on resource integration,cross-border cooperation based on business expansion,cross-border cooperation based on value identity,and case-based analysis for each type.The fourth part is the problem of cross boundary cooperation of archives in the era of "Internet +",which is mainly reflected in threeaspects: the lack of self building of archives,the increase of cooperation risks,and the unsatisfactory effect of cooperation.The fifth part is the optimization measures for archives to carry out cross-border cooperation under the "Internet +" era.Mainly from doing well in self-construction,opening up cooperation areas,strengthening the whole process of cooperation management and other measures,to promote cross-border cooperation of archives can be more effective and quality.
