Study On The Query Archives Service Function In "Internet +" Environment

With the increasing integration of "Internet +" and archival work,with the development of information technology and the rise of mobile Internet,people are increasingly relying on the Internet platform to obtain information.Traditional archival services cannot fully meet the needs of archival users.The "Internet +" cross-border integration,respect for human nature,and the connection of all features have enabled the archives service to have a broader space for development.The function of checking files is the most rigid demand for users to obtain archives information resources.It is unique and irreplaceable.In recent years,"at home to see the archives","online check the archives" is not an empty fantasy,it really exists in the archives work.The paper is divided into four major parts.The first part describes the advantages of checking the file service function under the "Internet Plus" environment,and distinguishes the differences between the service functions of the check file and the traditional file check service under the "Internet Plus" environment.It analyzes the constituent elements of the service function under the “Internet Plus” environment and clarifies the aspects from which to measure the effectiveness of the service function.The second part discusses three specific forms of realizing the check service function in the“Internet+” environment.The statistical analysis and typical cases are used to discuss the effectiveness of the check service function in the current “Internet+” environment.The third part discusses the problems existing in the “Internet+” environment for checking service functions,mainly due to the imperfect information retrieval function,the limited effectiveness of the search service,and the strong dependence on information technology;the fourth part focuses on the existing problems.It can examine the four aspects of file resources,optimization of information retrieval systems,a sound screening service platform,and improvement of auxiliary screening functions,and proposes certain feasible suggestions.
