Research On Storage And Retrieval Of Unstructured Archive Data

With the advancement of archives information construction and the application of various emerging technologies in archive work,the number of unstructured archives data is increasing.New opportunities and challenges of archives management is coming into being.Unstructured archive data has existed in all aspects of archival work for a long time,its research work has becoming deeper and deeper in recent years.Unstructured archive data have many special characteristics,such as growing rapidly,having various of types and so on,which results in the complexity of its storage and retrieval work.Compared with other types archive data,the steps of unstructured archival data storage and retrieval are more unique.On the other hand,there are many archive organizations in our country,and the number of unstructured archive data in each archive organization is large.The storage capacity and environment are not the same,which also brings a certain test for the storage and retrieval of unstructured archive data.The study on storage and retrieval of unstructured archive data should be carried out in different categories.The main points of analysis need to be discussed,and the corresponding management methods must be refined.Based on the characteristics of unstructured archive data and the actual situation of archive work in China,this paper studies the storage and retrieval methods of unstructured archive data.The introduction part introduces the related concepts,research status,research purpose and significance,innovation and shortcomings of the research.After that,the paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the basic situation of unstructured archive data and some problems encountered in the process of storage and retrieval.From the second to fourth chapter,the storage and retrieval methods of archive data are discussed in three different environments.Also,the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are analyzed with relevant cases.The fifth chapter summarizes and prospects the storage and retrieval methods mentioned in the article.Finally,the whole content of the paper was summarized and elaborated.
