Recently,along with start and development of the smart city project,one-card system which based on intelligent IC card has become a hot spot in the information construction of China in many large and medium-sized cities.Under the policy support of local government,in close cooperation with local financial institutions,and with support of the huge,fixed and continuously growing user group market of urban inhabitants,we need to transform and improve the traditional operation and payment methods for urban infrastructure including urban public transport,public services,tourism,medical services and others.Finally we can make integration to build a general and open application system platform to meet the needs of "card of multi-purpose" in many fields.Under this circumstance,a city have researched and developed urban one-card system.Major research results are as followed.1.The integrated management platform operated by renting cloud storage and cloud service has been built.The platform takes central clearing system as the center,intelligent IC card as the carrier,and its hardware platform is constructed by cloud computing technology.By the use of multilevel settlement systems and clear data processing flow,to carry out the overall design on network architecture,deployment and platform software of the all-purpose card system.Among which,the key is to design and implement the functions including customer management and voucher management.2.System test of the integrated management platform have been made.The function test is mainly aimed at customer management and voucher management.And the non-functional test mainly consists of load stress test,analyses of affairs,response time,throughput and other indexes.Test results show that the system can meet various requirements of technical indicators,such as supporting more than 300 concurrent users,keeping various operations within 15 seconds and resource utilization ratio less than 50%.The pressure test result is enough to satisfy the existing user capacity in a city and the system is able to run steadily.
