With the growing development of information technology,many of global cities are faced with many problems,such as excessive population growth,liquidity tensions,great employment pressure,serious economic crimes,and so on.In view of new perspective and new ideas,"Smart city" expands cities development and creates a new mode of city development.The project of smart card,which is the important part of a "smart city",can resolve many current problems.There are a lot of problems.First,it is difficult to collect all kinds of fees,such as public transportation,water supply and power supply,and so on;Second,the information from all walks of life is not interactive but isolated;Third,one card with only one function cause waste of resources.By means of the construction of a complete smart card management system,a safe,strong and reliable network operation system and a smart card authentication management system,it is of great significance to make the implement of "unified planning,unified management,unified standards,unified production,unified card".Under the background of "Smart City"," Intelligent Traffic " and "Golden Card Project",we,aiming at smart card management and authentication problems of Smart City,design a unified authentication model of smart card,proposed a bidirectional authentication algorithm,which is based on the elliptic curve(ECC),can better support unified management and authentication of intelligent card and finally make it possible to realize "one card in hand,tour all over the world ".First,we introduce the concept of Smart City,analyze the key technology,detail the development of smart card and compare between the advantages and disadvantages about current smart card authentication algorithm.Secondly,considering the advantages of Smart City,we analyze the management of unified smart card and the needs of Certification Center and design a authentication model of the unified smart card management.The model is scalable and robust and makes it easy to dock various enterprise application platforms.Thirdly,considering the characteristics of Smart City and the shortcomings of the smart card authentication,we propose a bidirectional authentication scheme,which is based on ECC algorithm.Through implementation of the scheme,users can carry out many target easily.It ensures the safety and credibility,reduces the difficulty of city management and makespeople's daily life more convenient.Finally,we design a unified smart card management and authentication system,which is based on our Smart City.The system makes the management and authentication of smart card more convenient,the consumption of user easier and simpler,the information of enterprise seamless docking and the financial affairs more transparent.Based on a smart card unified authentication management system,the smart card can effectively solve the widespread charging problem of public utilities,public transportation and many other aspects,improve the operation efficiency and service quality of the industry and,help us to grasp the information of supply and demand,and increase operating efficiency.The card makes it easy to share resource among different industries and departments and create a good service environment for cardholder in different industries and departments.In addition,it can provide greater convenience and flexibility for the user,reduce the economic burden of the public,improve the life of citizens,enhance the quality of the public,and promote the prosperity and development of social economy.
