Under the background of rapid development of global economic integration and changing market environment,competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Faced with increasing pressures,such as shortening delivery time,improving product quality and high demand for customer service,most manufacturing enterprises are committed to reducing production costs in order to enhance their market competitiveness.Among which,improving production logistics and production efficiency is undoubtedly the most direct and effective way to reduce production costs.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant theories and methods of production logistics system optimization,including production logistics,production logistics system concepts,analytic hierarchy process and genetic algorithm.Taking the tire manufacturing enterprise of M company as an example,it introduces its development,product structure characteristics,product production process and so on,and points out the existing problems of its workshop layout,aiming at its problems.The workshop layout of M company is improved by SLP method,and three improvement schemes are obtained.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)considering the influence of productivity change on the weight of scheme layer is used to analyze and evaluate the three schemes,and the optimal scheme is selected.On this basis,a further optimization model based on genetic algorithm is constructed,and the scheme is quadratically optimized.For M company,this research has certain reference significance in solving the problems of material flow roundabout,reducing material backlog,reducing unnecessary waiting time,improving production logistics system,effectively promoting the market competitiveness of M company,at the same time,it also provides valuable reference ideas for the planning and layout of production workshop of manufacturing enterprises.
