Smart phones have become the largest consumer electronic products in the world,and Chinese mobile phone companies are constantly increasing their market share in both foreign and domestic markets.Domestic mobile phones have made great progress in technology,applications,brands and services.Combined with the current our country population base is big,now almost every adult hands a cell phone,and with the spread of smartphones and domestic mobile phone brand awareness of ascension,the demand for domestic handset consumer is becoming more and more big and its requirements will start from basic functional areas of high-level,more emphasis on product performance,aesthetics,service and so on various aspects.This makes the domestic mobile phone market is bound to become a major mobile phone brands coveted fat meat,but also make the market competition more fierce cruel.Therefore,if manufacturers want to gain a firm foothold in this market full of fierce competition,they need to be able to meet the needs of users in a timely and accurate manner and improve the shortcomings of their products in a timely manner.At present the domestic mobile phone manufacturers not only to take offline sales,and with rich online sales channels,sales and occupied the main part,so in this vast online sales generated a lot of customer reviews,and we found the products,improve product focus,therefore this article from a large number of comments information concerns for mining user for mobile phones,and comparing the different brand mobile phone,and through the consumption of user experience for all brands and provide perspectives for further improve the products and services.It also provides a sharp contrast for consumers' choices and makes them more convenient to choose their favorite products.On the basis of understanding,studying and summarizing other relevant books and literature,this paper climbed a series of related parameters and review data of 87 mobile phones which are domestic mobile phone brand including the millet,huawei,meizu,vivo,Nubian,using python software and from Su Ningyi purchase platforms.Against the five domestic brand mobile phone rate influence factors analysis and depth excavation phones buzz word,through the mobile phones of concerns mining to improve the brand.The research work of this paper is mainly divided into three parts: the first part is the use of mobile phone parameter data,mainly from the overall status of the mobile phone part of its indicators descriptive analysis.In addition,text mining is carried out on the mobile comment data through Chinese word segmentation,and hot comments describing "service characteristics" and "mobile characteristics" are extracted according to the current comment status.In the second part,the favorable comment rate of mobile phones is taken as the dependent variable,and the reserved hot comment words are taken as the new variable together with the parameter data of mobile phones as the independent variable to conduct the regression analysis of the influence favorable comment rate and explore the main factors affecting the favorable comment rate.The third part is based on the main factors affecting the praise rate,mining high frequency words by combining semantic analysis and Chinese word segmentation and extracting the main concerns of consumers on hot words,and then designing a set of specific evaluation system for mobile phone portrait.finally using radar map depicts the whole picture of mobile phone and the details,and according to the differences between different brand analysis product,to find the merits of different brands and to improve products,enhance the competitiveness of the brand.The final analysis results show that the price difference between different brands of domestic mobile phones is small,and lowend products still exist.Relatively single appearance,brand style is not prominent;Imperfect after-sales service;Different brands have their own advantages and disadvantages,but individual differences are small.And in view of these problems,put forward to strengthen the technical strength,high-end products;Customer experience oriented,diversified appearance;Optimize the after-sales service system;Seek personalized brand positioning,to carry out differential competition recommendations.
