Design And Implementation Of Clinical Pathway Information Management System

With the improvement of living standards,the public understanding of health are further improved.The disease of specialization,the process of informatization construction of increasing demand.,the manual collection of paper version,so that medical staff workload,low efficiency,prone to errors,seriously affecting the efficiency of the hospital and medical quality.In order to realize the goal of hospital construction,establish a stable,efficient,user-friendly,easy to operate,scalable and maintainable clinical pathway management information system is imperative.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the clinical pathway system used in hospitals at home and abroad,and then describes the related technologies used in the development of clinical pathway management information system in detail,Then,combined with the actual situation of the clinical pathway of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhongshan University,the demand analysis was carried out.On the basis of requirement analysis,the system architecture and function modules are divided,and the clinical pathway system and the HIS system are designed for data integration and interaction.Finally,each functional module is displayed.This article mainly from the following aspects of the line research: the use of international medical industry advanced Caché database as a production library.(1)Caché database stores data through multidimensional array mode,which reduces the association between tables and tables,so as to achieve quick access.(2)using the three layer architecture of ECP protocol,Caché application server supports concurrent access of client,and reduces access pressure to main database by caching data block.(3)this article uses the CSP component related technology development,through the workflow manager to build different functional components and work list.(4)optimize the process of clinical path: ensemble platform as a unified interface for development,XML document and WebService technology to integrate other business data,to achieve automatic collection of patient data.The system has been successfully launched,the clinical pathway of information,greatly improve the efficiency of medical staff,reduce the workload of medical staff,so that patient satisfaction greatly improved.Have made some exploration and research and implementation of database based on Caché.
