A Comparative Study On Agenda Setting Of Report On Ecological Civilization Construction

In recent years,reports on the construction of ecological civilization have become the focus of the media,and ecology,as the current hot vocabulary,it is bound to be an important direction of the media agenda.In order to meet the new era and build a harmonious and beautiful new China,the Party and the state,as the watchers of public opinion,have made an important strategic layout in the major policy and policy.As one of the five-in-one strategic layout,ecological civilization has raised the ecological agenda from the social practice level to the media agenda level.From the perspective of agenda-setting theory,this study adopts content analysis and text analysis.The main purpose of this study is to compare and analyze how the mainstream media Southern Metropolis Daily and Guizhou Daily construct the topic of ecological civilization construction from 2013 to 2018.What is the agenda setting of news reports? Another topic of concern is whether there will be any difference between the mainstream local media Southern Metropolis Daily and Guizhou Daily in the agenda construction of the report on the construction of ecological civilization since the 18 th National Congress put forward the strategy of ecological civilization construction.And the reasons for the differences.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is composed of three important parts: the first part mainly analyzes how the mainstream media in China constructs the topic of ecological civilization construction,how it sets the agenda,in the second part,on the basis of the media agenda-setting,it further analyzes and discusses what kind of frame strategy the two newspapers adopt in the construction of ecological civilization The third part focuses on the interpretation of the difference of agenda construction in the reports of ecological civilization construction by the mainstream media in China.This paper attempts to explore the Comparative Study of the two mainstream media reports on the construction of ecological civilization in the content construction,framework strategy and other agenda setting,in order to better consider how the inter-media agenda setting play a greater role and impact,so as to further guide the public to build a correct ecological awareness of the development of green earth ecological civilization.It is found that the two major media,Southern Metropolis Daily and Guizhou daily,setthe issue of ecological civilization as a social issue and put it on the public agenda,which has a significant bias in the agenda setting;There are differences in agenda-setting between media,that is,there are commonness and differences in agenda-building between media.In the comparative analysis,the main reason for the difference in the agenda setting of ecological civilization construction reports between the two newspapers lies in the balance and difference of media attributes and regional positioning.First,the analysis of the differences in the nature of the media,the Southern Metropolis Daily as a market-oriented newspaper,and the construction of ecological civilization Highlight the ecological value of pollution and governance of the agenda of the report,emphasizing the accountability of ecological events report,the topic presents a report of ecological civilization "Responsibility Framework";As a party newspaper,Guizhou daily,in the process of reporting on the construction of ecological civilization,attaches importance to the combination of ecological value and economic value,and highlights the guiding role of public opinion on ecological value The content of the topic presents the "economic impact framework" of ecological civilization construction reports;secondly,in the analysis of regional economic differences,the media "Southern Metropolis Daily",as a media in the Eastern Region,tends to report ecological events in a negative way As the media of the western region,Guizhou daily reports the regional economic growth based on the regional ecological advantage,and the ecological civilization construction report has more tendency and less proportion in the negative report.
