As a professional mobile communication system,the development and application of digital trunking communication system(TETRA)marks the development direction of modern professional trunking communication.As an indispensable part of the TETRA digital trunking,the monitoring and dispatching center(MDC)provides the operator with a command and dispatch platform,which provides functions such as dispatching communication and monitoring between various components of the system by running its functional modules.This topic mainly studies the design and implementation of the MDC in the TETRA digital trunking.The main work includes:Firstly,the development trend of TETRA digital trunking is analyzed,and the network structure of TETRA digital trunking is introduced.The difference between conventional TETRA network architecture and TETRA network architecture based on IP bearer is emphasized.On this basis,the composition of the TETRA network architecture based on IP bearer is introduced in detail,and the system elements and functions in the network architecture are analyzed in detail.Based on the mobile IP bearer network architecture,the structure of the monitoring and dispatching center and the functional modules to be implemented are given.The functional modules mainly include: voice service scheduling,data service transmission,monitoring and monitoring,and dynamic reorganization of the talk group.At the same time,the service packet aggregation protocol is designed to provide users with packet data services to meet the user's demand for high-speed data.In order to realize the communication problem between the client terminal and the monitoring and dispatching server,a monitoring and scheduling design scheme using component technology is proposed.With the application programming interface(API)provided by the TETRA Connection Server(TCS),the monitoring dispatch server handles system signaling and data,and provides a set of methods and event interfaces for the client.The client responds to these functions through API calls.Monitoring and scheduling function of communication services.Finally,using the programming idea of TCS-based third-party program development,the various business functions of the MDC are realized.
