Design And Implementation Of Police Business Service Monitoring Platform

Business collaboration services have solved the prolem such as the construction of the bottlenecks in business collaboration, sharing different kinds of data, business collaboration, data quality, and multi-use complex systems of the police business core information systems and achieve the police business systems integration and resource optimization. But the services has not been amonitored comprehensively. In order to meet the needs of the user to verify the correctness of data transfer between the various systems, it is necessary to put forward a comprehensive self-monitoring mechanism.By analyzing the business needs, this thesis tease out all levels of the structure of the system from aspects of the service operation, data monitoring and services warning information management, service statistics, and design and implement Police Business Service Monitoring Platform for the characteristics of each module based on the technical framework of springMVC and mybatis. The thesis arrange various aspects of the rules and workflow to build a service monitoring plat and then focuses on the specific methods to monitor jobs and rules to the job-based warning. After the design and implementation section, the thesis discuss functional testing and interface usability testing. The police business service monitoring platform is a B/S structure, using Myeclipse 8.5 and Oracle 10 g as the development environment.Currently the service monitoring platform has been deployed for running in the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department.The results show that the platform is stable and effective. On the one hand,theplatform strengthened the management level of business collaboration services and significantly improved all kinds of police department data sharing and application integration.On the other hand,it reduce the error rate of data collaboration and greatly improves the work efficiency. The platform implements the automation of the whole service monitoring process.It has application prospects, social and economic benefits, which may be promoted to the public security business monitoring system in the country.
