As of 2018,China's mobile phone market has experienced rapid growth in the past decade and has become a market of 100 billion yuan.The evolution of communication technology network structure from 3G era to 4G era has shaken the mobile terminal,an important weight in the strategic layout of operators in the mobile Internet era.The mobile phone market has changed from"terminal leading"to"card slot competition".Terminal customization marketing is Y company's strategic choice in the 4G era.Y company achieves the long-term goal of"establishing the core position of operators in the industrial chain"by participating in the customization of mobile terminals--leading the terminal industrial chain;Through the joint customization of terminal and business operations,the operator's data business marketing ability will be gradually enhanced,and finally achieve the vision of enhancing its competitiveness.The short-term goal of terminal customization marketing of Y company is to guide users to acquire 4G+mobile phone products through the channel of customized terminal sales,cultivate users' habits of using 4G+ mobile phone products,and use terminals to lower users' threshold,increase revenue,release demand,and attract and bind users.This paper provides some references for Y company's 4G+product marketing activity strategy formulation in practical work.
