Mobile Phone News grown sharply since it first released as multimedia message version of the China-Women in 2004 and extended to more than 300 branches. The prosperous achievement was resulted by many aspects. Firstly, the development of telecommunication provides the technical bases. Secondly, the booming mobile phone users act as the huge readers. The last reason is that the traditional Media decreased in recent years, they have to get a new solution, and it is Mobile Phone Newspapers who just meet their requirements. The industrial was enlarged rapidly. At the same time, there are also existing some common problems. Mobile phone Newspapers share the same profit model and all fall in homogeneity competition deeply. They do not have any guide which based on marketing originated selling strategy with scientific ways. According to above statements, this dissertation analyzes the characteristic and industrial chain of the Mobile Phone Newspaper, put forward the health operation mode and scientific marketing strategy.The innovations of this dissertation are the following: the first one is that analyzes the industrial chain of Mobile phone Newspapers deeply. The second is that it reasonably constructs the Mobile phone Newspapers marketing pattern, and practice the new selling theory (wireless selling mode41), and state applicable marketing strategy.
