In recent years,with the rapid development of culture industry,the overall scale of the book publication has been further expanded,and the number of book sales has been increasing every year.Books and other paper-based documents,as important information to record the change of Times,have a series of value such as authoritativeness,traceability and reliability.Although book sales always maintain growth every year,the overall revenue scale has not increased largely.The main reason is that the logistics cost of books cannot be reduced.In the logistics operation of the book industry,most of the operations are completed manually,which not only increases the labor intensity,but also causes some problems in the process of book management.Although some enterprises also use automated storage technology,problems such as technological development,inapplicability of automated equipment and imperfect information processing methods lead to be low degree of automation and operation efficiency.Based on this background,the paper designed a book automatic storage and retrieval system based on multishuttle,whick can realize the automation of book storage and sorting operation,to meet the requirements of future social development.Thirdly,analyzing the factors that affecting the operation efficiency of the multi-shuttle automated warehouse.The results indicate that the operation efficiency of the whole system can be improved by increased the probability of parallel operation of storage and retrieval devices by increasing the storage distance of goods in the order,based on the characteristics of the multi-shuttle parallel pick-up and serial stock-out operation.Based on this conclusion,a heuristic storage allocation model based on item correlation,price discount and order frequency is designed by referring to clustering analysis and storage allocation theory,and the storage allocation model is solved by LINGO software.Fourthly,the scheme is simulated by using AUTOMOD simulation software to verify whether there is a system bottleneck problem,thus optimizing the simulation.The simulation results show that the circular shuttle system is the bottleneck of the whole system in the initial scheme,when the shuttle system is equipped with 10 cars,the system can step into full load operation with 420PL/h of incoming andoutgoing traffic,which cannot meet the system requirements(240PL/h),In this paper,the conveyor system is used to replace the original circular shuttle system,and the original scheme is optimized and further verified by simulation.The results show that the whole system has no Catton and runs well.In addition,the heuristic storage allocation model based on item correlation,price discount and order frequency is further simulated and verified by using the Zone function in AUTOMOD(this function can fix the storage location of goods).The results show that the heuristic allocation model based on item correlation,price discount and order frequency improves the operation efficiency by 34% compared with the stochastic strategy.
