For manufacturing enterprises,warehousing logistics is an important part of enterprise logistics.Optimizing the storage system,can effectively improve the overall logistics efficiency of enterprises.The orders of daily chemical industry are multispecies,small-amount.So the efficiency of its warehousing has a direct impact on its overall logistics and supply chain efficiency.The research object of this paper is the Storage/Retrieval system of B daily chemical products manufacturing enterprise.In order to solve the problem of blocking in the buffers,an optimization scheme of the Storage/Retrieval system according to the loading sequence is proposed.By improving the rules of cargo placement and the process of cargo loading,the optimization purpose of improving the efficiency of the Storage/Retrieval system is achieved.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation of B Company,the current situation of the industry and the present logistics and supply chain situation of B Company.It points out the existing problems of B Company’s warehousing system,and purposes the optimization scheme,then uses Petr-net to sort out the process of the Storage/Retrieval system.Secondly,this paper simulates the Storage/Retrieval system of B Company.It includes four products.LoadMaster software is used to simulate the loading problem,and the optimal loading plan was obtained under the maximum loading rate.On this basis,Flexsim software is used to simulate the situation before and after the optimization.The original program is picking up the goods from the buffers according to the loading sequence by loaders.In the case of other conditions unchanged,it optimizes to the scheme that the Storage/Retrieval system directly picking up the goods according to the loading sequence from the rack;and then integrates conveyors,buffers and loaders.Finally,the simulation modeling results are analyzed and the state ratio of equipment and workers are compared.According to the simulation results,the optimized operation time of the Storage/Retrieval system is shortened,the blocking of the buffers is alleviated,the utilization rate of the delivery conveyor is improved,the loaders are streamlined and the storage efficiency is improved.
