Simulation Research On Storage Operation To Multiple Goods Of Autonomous Vehicle Storage And Retrieval System

With the rapid development of social economy,Goods storage as an important part of the whole supply chain,its condition of operation and management affect the whole supply chain efficiency and effectiveness directly.A new warehouse of autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system obtains further study from the domestic and foreign experts,and is known as the future development tendency of automatic storage and retrieval system.It is necessary for further study about goods storage management system in autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system,in order to improve the goods storage management level in autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system.Goods often due to lower personnel inspection service efficiency,poorer equipment service ability or inadequate equipment and other reasons,cause the goods unable to receive services immediately,but need to be waiting in line,therefore we need to study the queuing problems in the process of goods storage.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Comprehensive introduction of queuing theory and autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system.Through the analysis and the study of related literature at home and abroad were reviewed,the composition and the main index and other contents of queuing system have a deep understanding,the composition and the goods storage theory and other contents of autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system have a further understanding.(2)Goods storage as an important part of the whole supply chain,its condition of operation and management affect the whole supply chain efficiency and effectiveness directly.The simulation research on storage operation of autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system is consist of the subsystem of the goods arrived,the subsystem of empty car rally,the subsystem of goods loading operation,the subsystem of partition storage based on the type of goods,the subsystem of the composite operation in storage partitions and the subsystem of empty vehicle's returnwith empty goods.Simulink software for the simulation research on storage operation of autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system,for relevant variables,main parameters and definitions set.(3)Based on the researches of multiple goods system and multiple goods based on batch jobs simulation research,the conclusions of this paper are driven.At the same time,on the base of the deficiency,this paper gives some suggestions for the future researches.Based on the basis of queuing theory and autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system,to build the semi-open queuing network,using the data obtained from the simulation model to analyze the waiting time and queue length in storage system,average vehicle utilization,operation cost and other main performance index,and then have a simulation optimization of goods storage system.Dissertation research of this paper can provide theoretical guidance and practical significance in the future research of autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval system.
