With the increasing number of archival entities,the challenges faced by archives at all levels need to be improved.Taking the archives of the food and Drug Administration of Shandong Province as a sample,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of the management of the archives warehouse,efficiency of the archives entities and storehouses,and introduces the food and drug in Shandong province.The preliminary practice and exploration of supervision and administration archives in intelligent management of Archives storehouse.This paper provides a virtual warehouse management function,including storehouse space management,warehouse management,storeroom management and so on.It can simulate the management function of various entity archives storeroom,and improve the efficiency of warehouse management by combining the latest technology and equipment.The archives warehouse is the most important and basic constituent element of the archives(room).From the date of the production of the archives,the archival storeroom appears,which is used to store and protect the archives.From the location to the external design and construction,the interior decoration layout,and then to the daily management and maintenance,the construction of the archives is related to the life of the archives,the safety of the storage,and the integrity and continuity of the social memory.Our country has a long history and rich experience in the construction of the archives warehouse.The famous imperial history of the Ming Dynasty archives is the best witness.Although it has been four hundred or five hundred years old,its internal indexes are still within the standard range,and can still meet the basic conditions of keeping the paper files well.This is the classic of the building of the warehouse in China.Therefore,the construction of the archives warehouse under the background of the new era is of great practical significance for the archival basic business work,such as the preservation and utilization of archives.Archives are an important resources.They reflect the process and appearance of economic and social development and progress.Archival business is a career that records history,inherits civilization,accumulates knowledge and experience,and involves various fields and industries.It is one of the important bases for the development of various construction enterprises.In August 2014,the Shandong Provincial Archives Bureau issued the measures for the implementation of the scientific managerment standards for the archives work in Shandong Province,which required the information construction of the archives,and made clear requirements for the information planning facilities,digital resources,application systems and information security.The basic structure of social information circulation has changed radically.In order to meet the challenges of the new information service environment,improve the management level and improve the efficiency,our bureau is in urgent need of establishing a set of archives digital library housing managerment.In order to provide efficient and comprehensive service for the internal archives management staff and the public,the electronic archives formed by various departments are incorporated into the management system of the archives warehouse,and the digital technical specifications of paper files are formed.It mainly uses the analysis of SSM(spring+springmvc+mybatis)framework,experience summary,system analysis,literature analysis,text rough/fine reading,comparative method,comprehensive analysis method,etc.At present,the project has been successfully launched,and the business process is running normally after the system is switched.The system will provide virtual storehouse management function,and develop and implement the development requirements of warehouse space management,archives storage and outgoing management,file shelf and shelf management,storehouse preview management,daily inspection management and other development requirements.
