Design And Development Of Middle-and-small Hospital Storehouse Management System

With the development of information technology and popularity of the network, theinformation management system in various industries based on network is increasinguniversal. As a life-saving special commodity, medicine related to the people’s lives andproperty safety, medicine library management system based on modern informationtechnology is an important part in hospital information.This paper examines the question of productivity improvement in the process ofmedicine’s stocking, storing and management by use of product barcodes that suppliersprovided and automate scanning technology in medicine library management system. And theactual demand is the impetus for hospital’s research and development medicine librarymanagement system.The main contents include:(1)The analysis of medicine library management system’s current state pointed out thesituation that the drug’s labels are imperfect, classification is not clear, inventory managementis not detailed enough, low intelligence and the storage records are far from comprehensive.Therefore this paper proposed a medicine library management system based on barcodetechnology.(2)Combined the current situation of medicine library management system in YanglingRehabilitation Hospital, this paper analysed the functional requirements of users,departmentinformation, suppliers, inventory warning, out of storage and other in medium and smallsized hospitals’medicine library management system.(3)In accordance with the needs of small and medium sized hospital’s medicine librarymanagement system and system design objectives, we design the functional structure,functional processes of hospital’s medicine library annd analysed the system workingprinciple.(4)In accordance with the principles of overall design and database design, wecomplete the design of this databese’s conceptual structure, logical structure and data tables.(5)Based on ASP+IIS+Access platform,the core modules of login, departmentalinformation management, drug storage, drug out of the library, stock alerts, statisticalanalysis and other are given by VBScript.After a functional test, it can be seen that the implemented platform in this study can achieve the pharmaceutical warehouse’s automation, infoematization and improve theaccuracy of hospital storeroom management and management efficiency, ensure people’shealth.
