With the intensification of global integration economy,the competition in domestic and international markets is becoming increasingly fierce.How to improve the efficiency and technology of production and manufacturing has become an important task for Chinese enterprises at present.For large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China,the improvement of manufacturing process and efficiency has become an important guarantee for their long-term development.With the constant development of computerized technology,manufacturing management information technology has become an important guarantee factor to improve manufacturing efficiency.Therefore,the production and manufacturing management system relying on modern computer information technology,network technology and storage technology can effectively shorten the production cycle of products and better meet the development needs of enterprises through the production and manufacturing automation process.This paper first studied the status of production and manufacturing management of a state-owned group in shenyang,and designed and realized the production and manufacturing management system based on J2EE architecture by using computer information technology,network technology,storage technology and other methods.Secondly,on the basis of MVC design pattern,the system is generally divided into system application layer,control layer,service layer and data access layer.The coupling degree of manufacturing management system can be reduced effectively and the stability and security of the system can be improved by the layered structure design.Then,the system is divided into basic data management module,statistical management module,quality management module,plan management module,system management module,production management module,work station management and monitoring management module according to the business process of production manufacturing management system.The modularization design can effectively reduce the degree of coupling between systems,thus reducing the degree of correlation between each module of the system,and finally effectively improve the system's overall processing speed and system's overall reliability.Finally,the development of the application layer of the system adopts EXTJS technology,which can achieve the overall business refresh of the system application layer and effectively realize the business interaction between system users and the service end.The system control layer mainly receives business requests sent from the application layer of the system.The system control layer decrypts the XML data sent from the application layer and parses it into structured data,which is distributed to the business layer through DispatchServlet.The business process management engine is the core part of the manufacturing management system,which provides the process jump,authority management,business support and other functions of the manufacturing management system.The main function of the data access layer is that the system completes the data interaction with the database by calling the data interface.In the actual research and development of the manufacturing management system,this paper always adheres to the principle of resource utilization and achieves the overall stability and reliability of the system through the collection,processing and analysis of system data.And according to the actual business process of production and manufacturing of a state-owned group in shenyang,a production and manufacturing management system suitable for the enterprise's own characteristics has been tailor-made.Through the application of this system,the production and manufacturing level of the enterprise can be effectively improved.
