In recent years,mobile operators promoting electronic channel construction and operations,including website,hotline,SMS,WAP,self-service terminal system of electronic channels,has achieved remarkable results.But because of the market competition and the emerging business and products endlessly as well as the changing user’s usage habits,the mobile operator’s online business hall system(mobile terminal version)can hardly meet the user’s requirements.The current technical framework of China mobile provincial company has some faults with the old version,the poor user experience and maintenance difficulties as well as longer functional development period and now many provinces systems still use the traditional HTML and WAP protocol.But now with the rising of 4 G / 5 G network and the mobile devices as well as HTML 5(hereinafter referred to as the H5)technology,technology of H5 and HTTP protocol has become the mainstream.The native application(hereinafter referred to as the APP),such as: android/IOS,possessing the so good using effect and rendering performance,is with the longer development and maintenance period and upgrading difficulites and high cost on the development of technology,H5 will gradually substitute APP to reduce system development cost and improve efficiency and system performance.At the same time,with the user’s use habit and fast rhythm changing,Jing Dong/Tmall have launched their own online business hall of H5(hereinafter referred to as the H5 net hall)to meet the user ’s increasing demand,apparently,the current state of online business hall system of mobile operators obviously couldn’t keep up with the pace of the mobile Internet.In order to update the technical architecture and business model and enhance internal and external user interaction and experience and meet demands for iterative development and construction as well as interior/exterior openness,the company adhere to the horizontal integration and vertical "decoupling" for the construction of the guiding principles,comprehensive Internet business,provincial mobile operators business characteristics and technical framework on the introduction of the mature system of Internet product development technology,such as: before and after the separation/action/front end development framework/backend/ESB/page template technology of distributed services,etc..Especially in the UI/UE and interactiondesign of the internal and external users and customer perception as well as using technologies such as HTML/CSS 3 / terminal,the updating platfform have achieved a good user experience and business framework by virtue of Internet mature business model and the characteristics of business integration and business processing ability of mobile operators,and further reconstructed the commodity production model/column menu and realized the virtual business commercialization and content objectives as well as page templates.In this paper,the author participated in survey of the core module of the system(commodity management/workflow platform),demand analysis,design,development,etc.,at the same time,did some research for the function of other modules of the system.Furthermore,the author have completed the software engineering professional thesis writing based on the project.
