Research On The Online Telecommunication Business Hall In Guangxi Mobile Based On Flash Technology

With the rapid development of Internet and the changes of consumer behavior, online business has become an important part of the whole channel system, which is supplement to the physical channels and forms a multi-level, three-dimensional service marketing channels system.However, traditional online business is HTML-based Web technology architecture, which needs to refresh the page and interact on the data several times in the realization of complex business, leading to the slow acceptance and impacting the customer experience. Furthermore, traditional Web technology can only display in a simple way with texts and pictures, lacking good interactive and intuitive operation of dynamic presentation. It also can not effectively attract users. As the result, it reduces the customer's interest and desire to communicate. These problems have further limited the wide range of online business applications.This paper studies the Flash online business system of Guangxi Mobile, driven by the actual demand of operations of electronic channels in telecom corporations and combined with the traditional limitations of current online business. The system uses Flash technology to simulate the real for interface design. It provides the customer "real room" sense of spatial awareness and makes them enjoy the convenient service intuitively by humanized business-leading mode and good interactive way.On the base of the key infrastructure technology such as the Flash technology, SSO Single Sigh-On, SOA systems and transaction processing middleware, this paper elaborates the details of the flash online business system designs of Guangxi Mobile, including system architecture, functional framework, the outline design and the detail design. The implementation results are also introduced.The system has rapidly played a key role in the market expansion and business distribution in Guangxi Mobile because of its friendly interface, intuitive operation and convenient use. It has hosted more than 40% of the business requests by providing a convenient and efficient service, which has enhanced the efficiency of product marketing and reduced the marketing cost.
