Equipment department is the basic department of all colleges, universities and researchinstitutions. With the rapidly development of our college in recent years, our college not onlystrengthens teaching management, but also increases the investment in the teachingequipments. As the demands of Laboratory equipments increases rapidly, the equipmentpurchase department should improve the level and quality of their management, so that theycan ensure the teaching and scientific research project carried out smoothly. Equipmentpurchase work flow in our collage needs declaration, certification, approval, purchase andacceptance. The reality of our work flow is still in the stage of original manual, and theequipment information is saved as form and textual. In addition, the reported data format ofevery department has complex categories so it’s difficult for us to collect it. Apparently,processing this information artificially not only needs more work, but also has lowerefficiency of management and sharing, which brings more inconvenient to the normalteaching, scientific research and management. That is to say, this working method is farbehind the high level requirement of purchase work. Along with the improvement of networkand the paperless office, using the computer management system to manage our labequipment purchase is imperative.Based on the actual requirements of equipment purchase department in Hainan Collegeof Software Technology, This thesis designs and implements the information system ofequipment purchase. The main work of this thesis include:Firstly, by querying the network information and reading the relevant literature, thisthesis studies the present situation of the research and practice of equipment procurementsystem at home and abroad. It uses the examples of American, Korea and Singapore tointroduce its exploration and development in government procurement system, and theninvestigates the exploration situation of the domestic procurement system, the researches onvarious universities and the application status and value of WPF framework, and finally putsforward the goal and the focus of this project should be implemented.Secondly, this thesis puts forward relevant technology to support system, describes WPFframework technology which replace the old interface rendering technology of WinForm andintegrates.Net development framework according to the real demand of the developmentenvironment. Thirdly, the thesis confirms the functional requirements and non-functional requirementsof purchase systems in Hainan College of Software Technology equipment purchasedepartment, and analyzes them by using the form and the list of UML modeling.Fourthly, according to the demand model, this thesis has detailed design on the project.The design goal is to complete the function and non-function demands and unify interfacestyle.Finally, this thesis demonstrates the effect of actual operation system, and useWinRunner tools to test the whole system, which shows that this system can meet therequirements of the design and operate online.
