Aquatic products is the use of modern logistics and distribution logistics means the supply of aquatic products from source to consumer sources for the xorganization, control and management of economic activities. China is the largest producer of aquatic products, aquatic products logistics to promote economic development has an important role. Therefore, a careful analysis of the status of aquatic products logistics development, problems, discuss appropriate measures for speeding up the process of modernization aquaculture to improve the competitiveness of aquaculture, to increase farmers’income has a very important significance.In logistics and distribution network optimization problems, the need of decision-making problem is how to find a minimum cost vehicle route, the goods delivery to each customer, to achieve route optimization with intelligent optimization technology, more and more researchers an intelligent way to make decisions and judgments, to make the transportation system, the lowest cost, maximum efficacy. Papers will be single-loop path of the choice of distribution reduced to a single traveling salesman problem (TSP) is solved, combined with the basic principle of ant colony algorithm with the model, a single-loop distribution of ant colony optimization problem through compare selected simulation results the basic ant colony algorithm in the initial parameters, the basic ant colony algorithm for the slow convergence and easy into the shortcomings of local optimum, an improved ant colony algorithm.
