Since 1970,China's cold storage industry is developing rapidly,cold storage scale is growing rapidly.According to the statistics,cold storage of expenditure on power in China is about 25%?25%of the entire cold storage warehouse cost.In general,in the production of food processing plants,cold storage power consumption accounts for about 50%of total electricity factory.Therefore,how to reduce the power consumption of the refrigerator to save energy is a very important topic.The energy-saving practice shows in recent years,frequency control of motor speed is one of the ideal efficient energy-saving technology,it has become an important means of modern energy-saving and major measures.At present in our country most of the refrigerator factory temporarily have no independent design production capacity of the inverter,most of them are using yaskawa or Fuji and other general converter or the introduction of foreign technology as the main way.This way not only cost is high,and there is no special corresponding products for our compressor control,and can't make to optimize efficiency,on control method at the same time due to the constant speed of existing schemes cannot be reasonable according to the temperature changes of the rolls control output,the energy consumption is large.This topic which is the company to increase sales and expand the scope of business and strategic cooperation with manufacturers do the actual research project.This project that designs frequency conversion fuzzy control system is a small cold storage for the object to achieve the goal of energy saving.This topic for small refrigerator design overall system hardware circuit and software control algorithm.Hardware system includes the main control board,variable frequency drive board and hand board.Outside the machine's variable frequency drive plate of switch power supply module,active PFC modules,variable frequency drive IPM module is the core of hardware design.The software control according to the temperature data collected,given the appropriate compressor frequency input signal through fuzzy control.Frequency conversion control panel uses FOC control method to drive the compressor according to the compressor frequency input signal.The compressor according to the demand change speed corresponding to the different temperature,finally achieve the goal of fast cooling and energy saving.Through the actual test,Using this topic design of frequency conversion refrigerator comprehensive power consumption compared with the original constant speed system cold storage energy saving about 20%.So the fuzzy control of frequency conversion control system on the small refrigerator's energy saving has a great value.
