Aimed at the frequency control of the pump we conduct the research of fuzzy control algorithm, In Frequency Control system we use double input-single output basic fuzzy controller. And the system are verified analysis, verify the control effect of fuzzy algorithm for this control system. Application result indicates that using the fuzzy controller to control frequency converter to realize AC variable speed of motor can achieve value quickly, and control effect is smooth, the dynamic characteristics of system are also good, reaching the control requirements well.At the last of article, through Energy-saving effect and benefit analysis after Frequency Control Energy-saving reform, proof the obvious Energy-saving effect of Frequency Control Energy-saving reform, subject to the process requirement of system control, reduce the costs of sewage treatment, save the energy.
